Nationwide home and small business technology integrator Daisy is expanding its Northern California stronghold with the acquisition of Hermary’s, a luxury home tech integrator that has been in business since 1963.
Just a few months after Daisy acquired First Priority Audio (FPA), its founder, Bert Herrero, is now launching a new Daisy franchise location in one of the fastest-growing metro areas in the nation.

After a thorough but quick acquisition process, cyberManor was fully acquired by Daisy on February 26, 2024. On that date, all of my employees, including me, became Daisy employees. We were Daisy’s second national acquisition. Led by founder and CEO Hagan Kappler, Daisy has a seasoned executive team of 24 people financially supported by an initial round of seed capital.
Daisy, the first national smart space installation and services company, continues its rapid growth with the opening of its 11th franchise location in Palm Springs, CA. The new franchise is owned by a partnership between Matt Walin, Daisy’s franchisee who converted his Costa Mesa, California location to Daisy in February 2024, and Charles Dyer, a technology executive.
