Nationwide home and small business technology integrator Daisy is expanding its Northern California stronghold with the acquisition of Hermary’s, a luxury home tech integrator that has been in business since 1963.

The new franchise is owned by a partnership between Matt Walin, Daisy’s franchisee who converted his Costa Mesa, California location to Daisy in February 2024, and Charles Dyer, a technology executive.
Daisy, the first national home technology installation and services company, today is announcing its $7 million Series B, bringing its total investment to date to over $20 million in its first year. The round was led by technology and software investors Goldcrest and Bungalow, who also led the company’s Series A and seed rounds.
