Company sees explosive growth as additional entrepreneurs join the fastest-growing brand in smart home services.

Newport Beach, CA — November 17, 2025Daisy, the nation’s leading and fastest growing smart home and small business technology installation and services company, today announced another major milestone in its nationwide expansion with the sale of five new franchise locations. “Daisies” will soon be blooming in Central Mountains, CO; Houston, TX; Phoenix, AZ; and Tampa, FL. Additionally, investor Julian Dickenson has signed an agreement with Daisy and is now actively looking to buy an existing business in select attractive markets across the country.

These new locations follow Daisy’s three other recent launches in Boston, MA; Palm Coast, FL; and Carmel, IN, underscoring the surge in consumer demand for trusted, professional smart home integration and support services. Daisy closed on all eight of these locations within a two-month time span. Each location will be led by experienced entrepreneurs with proven success in technology, business leadership, and customer service.

“We are thrilled to see such strong momentum in this industry and among investors who recognize both the scale and the fragmentation of the smart home market,” says Hagan Kappler, co-founder and CEO of Daisy. “Daisy’s model offers entrepreneurs a path to build thriving, scalable businesses backed by national brand strength, operational support, and cutting-edge technology.”

Daisy welcomes Kevin Mayer, Eduardo Guerra, Ray Tamasovich, John Woods, and Julian Dickenson to its growing franchise network. Woods will be partnering with Chad Jasinski, who recently converted his existing Northern New Jersey business to a franchise earlier this year. Jasinski is Daisy’s second multi-unit owner. Each new leader and owner brings distinctive local expertise and business acumen, crucial for elevating the client experience in their respective markets.

“These new owners represent exactly what Daisy stands for: smart, passionate entrepreneurs paired with the tools and support to build lifetime customer relationships. Together, we’re building a beloved national brand in one of the most dynamic and inspiring spaces imaginable,” says Dion Persson, co-founder of Daisy.

Voices from the New Franchisees

“I’ve spent years in technology integration, and I’ve never seen a model that combines entrepreneurial freedom with the level of operational sophistication Daisy offers,” comments Mayer, who will lead Daisy’s Central Mountain location. “It’s the perfect fit for those of us who want to scale without losing local touch.”

“The demand for smart home solutions in Houston is enormous,” adds Guerra, incoming franchisee for Daisy Katy. “With Daisy’s national marketing, training, and recruitment engine behind us, we’re positioned to serve clients at a level that would be impossible to achieve alone.”

“Smart home technology offers many benefits to homeowners, including convenience, energy savings, increased home value, enrichment, and peace of mind,” says Tamasovich. “My background in cybersecurity, combined with Daisy’s partnership, enables us to create a security-focused solution while providing a top-tier customer experience. I’m so excited to bring these custom solutions to North Phoenix!”

“Partnering with Daisy and Chad to launch a branch in Tampa is very exciting,” says Woods. “My existing relationships and business experience blend well with Chad’s connections and expertise and we can’t wait to get started working on this together. As the number one player in Florida, the Daisy brand provides a very nice tailwind for our business launch.

Jasinski adds, “John and I aren’t looking to 2X our business — we’re looking to 10X!”

“I am thrilled to partner with Daisy to explore investment in this exciting industry with tremendous potential,” says Dickenson. “I am looking for an existing business to buy in attractive markets and would welcome owners in Atlanta, Austin, or Chicago to reach out!” Daisy continues to engage with multiple entrepreneurs who are exploring acquisitions and new territories across the country. All of Daisy’s latest franchise locations are slated to convert or open by the end of 2025.
