Daisy Acquires Smart Home Franchisor SaaviHome
Daisy’s latest acquisition marks the company’s tenth location, establishes a multi-location presence in the Mountain West region, and strengthens its franchise capabilities.
Costa Mesa, CA, September 4, 2024 – Daisy, the first national smart space installation and services company, continues its rapid growth with the recent acquisition of SaaviHome, a Denver-based integrator that launched its franchising operation last year. Not only does this add a tenth location to Daisy’s footprint, the move highlights Daisy’s commitment to growth through franchising.
For more than 20 years, SaaviHome has provided technology solutions for customers in the Mountain West. The company’s CEO, Gavin Lantzy, has more than 15 years of experience in the franchising space and home technology industry. Lantzy has spent the last three years building out a robust training program to take SaaviHome’s systems and processes nationwide to entrepreneurs and tech enthusiasts interested in starting smart home installation companies. He successfully launched the franchise program last September, with his first franchisee recently opening multiple locations in Colorado.
