Daisy Expands with New Franchise Locations in Charlotte, North Carolina, Las Vegas, Nevada, and Sugar Land, Texas
National smart home services company reaches six franchise units sold in 2026 and continues momentum behind recurring service-focused growth strategy.
Newport Beach, CA – May 10, 2026 - Daisy, the nation’s leading and fastest-growing smart home and small business technology installation and services company, today announced the signing of three new franchise locations in Charlotte, North Carolina, Las Vegas, Nevada, and Sugar Land, TX bringing the company to six franchise units sold year-to-date in 2026 and 26 franchise agreements signed since launching franchising in early 2024.
The expansion further strengthens Daisy’s national footprint and reflects growing demand for professional, service-focused smart home installation and support, as well as increasing interest in Daisy’s differentiated recurring revenue and operational support model.
Mother-daughter duo Aweole and Ijeoma Nwaeze will lead Daisy’s new Charlotte, North Carolina location. Previously, the pair built and successfully exited a healthcare company and have also been actively involved in local real estate development and investment initiatives focused on strengthening the community. Their leadership will bring Daisy’s proactive smart home services model to one of the Southeast’s fastest-growing residential markets.
“Charlotte is a great market for Daisy, given continued high growth in both the retrofit and new construction markets,” said Hagan Kappler, co-founder and CEO of Daisy. “We are thrilled to partner with Aweole and Ijeoma, who understand the importance of long-term client relationships, exceptional service, and building a trusted local brand.”
Daisy also announced that franchise owner Chad Jasinski is expanding his existing Daisy portfolio with a new Las Vegas location. Jasinski currently owns and operates Daisy Northern New Jersey and Daisy Tampa, Florida, and brings significant experience scaling residential technology businesses, adding another major market to fortify an already robust national footprint.
“Chad is likely the leading video wall system expert in the country, and we are excited to see his expertise grow across our network,” said Dion Persson, co-founder and chief growth officer of Daisy. “We are thrilled to have Ijeoma, Aweole, and Chad join the rest of our team in delivering exceptional experiences for homeowners.”
Daisy also announced that Eduardo Guerra, current franchise owner of Daisy Katy, Texas, is expanding his footprint with the opening of a second location in Sugar Land, Texas driven by the early success he experienced in his home market. To lead sales for the new location, Guerra has hired Perla Abel, a seasoned professional with an extensive background in luxury smart home technology.
Unlike many traditional custom integration companies that focus primarily on one-time projects, Daisy is building a long-term homeowner services platform centered around recurring relationships, proactive support, and lifetime client value. Central to that strategy is DaisyCare, the company’s quarterly proactive support program designed to optimize, maintain, and support connected homes over time.
Daisy believes its innovative care program is the best within the industry and customers give Daisy a Net Promoter Score of 84. The company expects to make more than 10,000 customer home visits in 2026.
“As we think about what it means to support homeowners throughout the lifetime of their technology systems, not just during a one-time installation, we become even more excited about the long-term opportunity for our franchisees, our customers, and the industry overall,” added Kappler.
Daisy franchisees also benefit from a refined and highly curated marketing playbook developed through decades of industry experience and more than $2 million in marketing investments over the past three years. Daisy’s integrated marketing approach includes customized websites, search and AI optimization, digital advertising, direct mail, out-of-home campaigns, social media, and high-impact trade relationship events designed to strengthen partnerships with builders, architects, designers, and homeowners.
Recent initiatives have included hosting builders and partners at Daisy’s award-winning $250,000 Orlando showroom during the International Builders’ Show, as well as curated networking experiences and entertainment events with key industry partners.
In addition, Daisy maintains strategic relationships with many of the industry’s leading manufacturers and distributors, including Snap One/ADI, Lutron, Savant, Sonos, and others, helping franchisees strengthen purchasing power, improve operational efficiency, and deliver best-in-class solutions for clients.
With these additions, Daisy continues to expand its national platform through a combination of acquisitions and new franchise launches. The company’s franchise partners benefit from centralized resources including marketing and sales support, a comprehensive business technology stack, accounting and operations tools, recruiting and training programs, and ongoing business coaching.
