Alyssa is Co-General Manager of Daisy South Florida, alongside Jason Debaugh. She joined the technology integration industry in 2020 without prior experience in the field, and has built her career on a strong foundation of customer service and client relationship management. Starting as a Service Coordinator, she worked her way up to General Manager, learning the business from the ground up along the way.
In her current role, Alyssa oversees day-to-day operations for the South Florida branch, with a particular focus on cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. She is a dedicated advocate for the DaisyCare program, championing its mission of proactive, ongoing client support. Outside of work, Alyssa is a mother, and spends much of her free time with her two dogs and horses.
Jason DeBaugh
Co-General Manager, Daisy South Florida
Jason is Co-General Manager of Daisy South Florida, alongside Alyssa Aguad. Born and raised near Baltimore, Jason developed a passion for audio and technology at an early age, installing boat and car audio systems for friends and family. After co-owning and operating a restaurant for 15 years, he moved to Florida in 2006 and began a career in home technology integration.
As the industry evolved, so did his expertise, expanding from audio systems to fully integrated smart home and business solutions. He enjoys bringing innovative technologies together to create seamless experiences that enhance how clients live, work, and entertain.
In his current role, he oversees technicians, client relationships, project execution, and service operations, while applying creative problem-solving to ensure every solution is thoughtfully designed and seamlessly delivered.
Outside of work, he can often be found on or in the water, enjoying diving, snorkeling, fishing, kayaking, and nearly any activity that involves Florida’s coastal lifestyle.
